In Gathering, Fire, Electric, and Fighting Pokémon appear more frequently on the Poké Ball and Master Ball pattern holos than other types. Vulpix, Pikachu, and Cubone already reflect this focus on the official set motif.

The wave also includes its own Illustration Rares within the Collect 151 series and continues the collecting concept around Pokédex numbers 001 to 151.
